Procedure to Lodge Complaints
Complaints are obtained from a variety of sources including employees themselves, the public other agencies.
Complainant may lodge complaint via: -
- Writing to the nearest JTK office;
- JTKSM official email at jtksm@mohr.gov.my;;
- Public Complaint Management System (SISPAA);
- Walk in to the nearest JTK office;
- Call 03-8000 8000;
- Working for Workers (WFW) application.
Information required to file when lodging a complaint are as follows:
- Complainant’s full information (Name, address, telephone number and email)
- Complained party’s full information (Name, address, telephone number and email)
- Issues of complaint
- Copy of relevant supporting documents such as letter of offer/employment contract and latest payslip.
